Wow I have had this issue last night too !!! Tried everything I can think off. In the device manager it sees either a usb or wireless mouse etc but says the driver is not available. There is nothing to update and I am sure no win or dell updates happened yesterday....
AirPrint allows users to wirelessly print photos, emails, web pages and other documents without the need to install device drivers, saving time and making for a seamless user experience. Both your Apple device and your PIXMA Wireless All-in-One must be connected to the same wireless network connection.A firmware update for the printer may be needed to support AirPrint. You will need a PC (Mac or Windows), a USB cable, Firmware utility (download from our site) to perform this update.Click on the specific topic below to get detail information.
Dell Inspiron Duo Wireless Drivers For Mac
Download: https://urllio.com/2vHBKm
The Intel wireless did not work, but I was able to install a D-Link DWL-G122 USB wireless NIC using the Ralink drivers. Video works flawlessly including res change. Sound did not work out of the box, but I got it working very easily using this small hack.
ATI XPRESS 200M: Callisto drivers resulted in blank screen. Could not get any resolution other than 1024x768.Touchpad/keyboard: Would only work with IOUSBFamily.kext completely removed (no USB at all).Conexant AMC Sound: Could not get to work (audio family drivers depend on USB, apparently).Wireless: The system ran incredibly incredibly slow unless wireless was disabled in the BIOS (MiniPCI, perhaps?) so that was a no go.Realtek 8139 NIC: Worked fine.
USER 7: - Intel Centrino 1.67GHz, 2GB RAM, ATI Mobility Radeon M24 128MB, 2200BG and SigMatel Audio. Everything seems to be working so far except the resolution (stuck at 1024x768) and the wireless. I managed to get CI/QE to work, and still looking for OpenGL drivers, but I tried multiple methods of changing the resolution, all resulting in 1024x768 (mine supports 1280x800). Also, I'm still looking for 2200BG drivers, but the sound works perfectly after installing the SigMatel drivers from the 10.4.8 JaS DVD. (Edit: I've got the wireless working now, but I can't connect to any networks, I can only see them. Any advice?)

As for features on my wish-list, I'd like to see support for Blu-ray drives, but I don't expect it any time soon. Also, an option for an embedded 3G modem would benefit frequent travelers, as opposed to tethering a phone or a USB-based 3G modem. A wireless display solution like Intel's Wireless Display (WiDi) would be a whale of a gimmick, but I digress. And while many Mac fanatics will cry foul over putting Windows on a MacBook Pro, I would love to see better Windows support in BootCamp, particularly with power management and device drivers. Of course, that has to be an improvement in Mac OS 10, since BootCamp is an OS 10 utility.
